Colombia: Véntola Wine Washed

aRoastia is both proud and excited to be one of the first American roasters to carry the Wine Washed coffee from Véntola Coffee. Produced by Felipe Trujillo, this semi-washed processed coffee underwent aerobic fermentation followed by the introduction of the same yeast that's used in winemaking for many wines, such as Chardonnay. The coffee then goes on sundbed driers for two weeks before it's eventually prepared for shipping. The coffee has tropical fruit notes, citric acidity, a lush body that will provide a great for a great cup.
