This coffee comes to us from our friends at Véntola and master producer Felipe Trujillo. Open this bag of whole bean coffee and you’ll think you’re smelling the ripest peaches you’ve ever eaten. This coffee has gone through a 12-hour fermentation before being depulped. After the pulp is removed, it spends a week in a sealed stainless-steel fermenter, which triggers the malolactic fermentation leading to the vibrant fruit flavors that makes this cup unique. Tasting notes include peach, apricot, yellow apple.
