Open this bag of whole bean coffee and you’ll think you’re smelling the ripest peaches you’ve ever eaten. This coffee has gone through a 12-hour fermentation before being depulped. After the pulp is removed, it spends a week in a sealed stainless-steel fermenter, which triggers the malolactic fermentation leading to the vibrant fruit flavors that makes this cup unique. Tasting notes include peach, apricot, yellow apple.
