Roaster's Reserve: Véntola Beer Washed

This washed coffee has undergone a fermentation similar to other washed coffees, and then undergoes further fermentation in a hermetically closed beer fermenter where yeast is introduced over a 72-hour period. The coffee is then sun-dried for approximately two weeks. This coffee is vibrant, with pleasant fruit flavors, like passionfruit, and a sweet aftertaste.
