Guatemala: Pia

We're happy to share the first coffee from Guatemala on the aRoastia menu. Produced by Don Victor Calderon on his farm La Pia in Fraijanes, this washed coffee is a blend of the varietals Bourbon and Caturra. The resulting cup is pleasant on the palette, and has notes of cherry, (a hint of) dark chocolate, and citrus fruit. It's acidity is simultaneously lively and balanced.
