Nicaragua: Miraflor

We're so excited to add this coffee from the Estelí region of Nicaragua to our menu. This comes from the Unión de Cooperativas Agropecuarias (UCA) Miraflor - a union of 12 multisectoral cooperatives in the Miraflor Morpotente, a protected natural reserve. The coffee is certified organic and fair trade, and has tasting notes of caramel, fruitiness, and floral. The roast profile developed is aimed to make this versatile for both hot coffee and a nice summer coffee over ice. Each bag is 10oz, available as whole bean or ground.
