New coffee alert, and this one is something special. Say hi to Lychee Love, a limited run coffee on the menu. This washed process Castillo from Colombian producer Jairo Arcila had an anaerobic fermentation that included lychee and wine yeast.
The resulting cup is the most perfect mix of tropical fruit flavors and coffee. Lychee, nectar, grape, and a beautiful floral aroma are there once you open the bag. It is refreshing and delicious. We make a point to never tell people how they should drink their coffee, but we will say that this one deserves to be allowed to cool down a little after it’s brewed and to take at least a sip before you add anything else.
Available only in whole bean, bags of either 100 grams or 250 grams. We recommend waiting five days or more from the roast date before drinking.
