Our first Kenyan coffee on the menu! From the town of Kitale in the Western Rift Valley region of the country, Muinami Estate is producing some very tasty coffee lots. This coffee has undergone an extended fermentation period before being washed, which helps to bring forward the natural qualities of this ruiru varietal- highlighting the fruit flavors and providing the coffee with a good body that is a touch on the lighter side.
