It's exciting to have a coffee that does such a great job of showing off the attributes the origin is known for. Coming from the Abore Washing Station managed by Asefa Dukamo Kora, this Grade 1 coffee is the product of over 1,000 smallholder farmers who are growing the highest quality coffee cherries at high altitudes. A meticulous attention to detail at Abore Station ensures that the coffee cherries are of the greatest quality before they are dried under the sun. While drying, the fruit forward tasting notes from the cascara impart to the coffee, leading to a cup that has similarities to tea as well as different sweet fruits.
