Last fall we brought in Lychee Love from producer Jairo Arcila in Colombia, and it immediately became one of our favorite coffees with it's bold aroma of lychee that balanced perfectly in the cup. We're following that up with Pineapple Love, a coffee that needs to be tasted to be believed, and we mean that in the best possible way.
This coffee was honey processed at Jairo's farm, and went through a 72 hour co-fermentation where pineapples we introduced. The resulting cup finds the most unique and tasty balance, with notes of pineapple and citrus fruits. Available only in whole bean, bags of either 100 grams or 250 grams. We recommend waiting five days or more from the roast date before drinking. 250 gram bags have option to add five single serve packets.
