This pairing is our Miraflor coffee and 10 Napolitains of the Friis Holm Triple Turned chocolate.
Miraflor: From the Estelí region, this coffee comes from Morpotente, a protected natural reserve. The coffee is certified organic and fair trade, and has tasting notes of caramel, fruitiness, and floral.
Varietals: Catui, Caturra, Pacamara
Altitude: 1,450 Meters Above Sea Level
Process: Fully Washed
10oz Whole Bean or Ground Coffee
Chuno: This dark chocolate from Friis Holm (from Roskilde, Denmark) won Gold and was named the world's best dark chocolate at the World Cup in London October 2017 and the European Championship in Amsterdam in June. Over a five day fermentation period this chocolate is turned over three times. Clear notes of black olives and citrus peel. This is 10 individual napolitains, each weighing 5 grams.
