This pairing is our Pia coffee and Standout's Lachuá chocolate bar.
Produced by Don Victor Calderon on his farm La Pia in Fraijanes, this washed coffee is a blend of the varietals Bourbon and Caturra. The resulting cup is pleasant on the palette, and has notes of cherry, (a hint of) dark chocolate, and citrus fruit. It's acidity is simultaneously lively and balanced.

Altitude: 1,800 to 1,950 Meters Above Sea Level
Process: Washed
250g Whole Bean or Ground Coffee
Lachuá: Standout is handmade craft chocolate based in Göteborg, Sweden. The Lachuá bar is 50 grams and has tasting notes of citrus, tropical fruits, and dark sugars.
