At aRoastia we have a goal of maintaining high standards for the quality of the coffee that is on the menu. Some of our coffee is in a category of delicious and fun; this coffee- the Chiroso Natural is in a category of delicious and exquisite. Thanks to our friends at Véntola Coffee, we have been able to get this offering from Finca Tamaná, the farm of renowned Colombian producer Elias Roa. These coffee cherries were carefully selected and dried in the whole cherry on raised bed and mesh covered patios for about five weeks. The result is a coffee with an amazing mouth feel that evokes tasting notes of honeycrisp apples, raspberry, and pleasant floral scents. One cup in you'll see why this coffee is becoming more and more popular, and increasingly used in competitions.
