Brazil: Cafeina Cocatrel- Sul de Minas

In honor of women's history month, aRoastia is proud to offer this Brazil coffee from Cafeina Cocatrel- a collective made up entirely of women who manage every aspect of this coffee from when they are cherries waiting to be picked until the coffee is processed and sent out to roasters. This natural processed coffee from the Sul de Minas region in Brazil has low acidity, and a smooth hint of chocolate to compliment it's full body. It makes for both a delicious espresso and a nice pour over.
